They don’t answer emails so I will post my emails here. Dear Louis, I hope this email finds you well. As per our telephone conversation on 23 March 2023, you assured me that our rental deposit would be refunded within two to three days. However, it has been six days since our conversation, and we have not received our deposit or a statement regarding the refund. I have sent several emails regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response from your end. I appreciate that you took my call and explained that there was only a need for cleaning and painting of one wall during the inspection, which has been done as the new tenants have been renting for a month. I would like to request a statement that proves that our deposit was placed in an interest-bearing account, as per the rental agreement. It is important to have transparency in this matter, and I hope you can provide the statement as soon as possible. However, if we do not receive feedback by close of business on 30 March, we will have no choice but to approach the rental tribunal and give the facts about Rize Properties' practices with deposit money. I hope to hear from you soon regarding the matter. Thank you for your attention.

I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because in the past 8 months I haven't had even the slightest problems with Rize. Arrangements were made to resolve the electricity billing problem. Following my previous review I was advised to lodge complaints via email and that has allowed for speedy follow-ups and quick resolutions. I live in an older building and like all buildings it's had it's ups and downs especially over the last few months and I'm happy to say that problems were resolved so quickly that I can hardly say it hindered enjoyment of my apartment. The only part of my previous review that absolutely stands is that: "I could absolutely recommend Rize when it comes to finding you a place. At the time I got to see two properties the day I phoned and had moved in before the end of the week."

10 solid years with no drama, I raised my kids in this house and had an amazing relationship with the estate agent managing the unit. Very understanding during covid period n when I had other life challenges. M so graceful it's a bittersweet time for me leaving after so long

Beware, you make contact with the agency and you submit your application and then they just go silent. We have applied for a house and I have to follow-up non stop and then they just start ignoring your calls and messages, very unprofessional

I have been a client with Rize in 2020. At the beginning of our contract, the service was great - my agent even asked that I leave a good review. However, the service was only good before signing the contract, after that, it was the worst experience ever. For instance were living in a flat with a broken bath tap which resulted in us being unable to use the bath tub. Our agent never responded to my messages, ignored my calls and emails too when I requested to speak to him. He had endless excuses, claiming that his laptop crashed and he lost all emails I had been sending, he also said he had a lot of work to do but never attended to me. He never returned my calls too. The only time he spoke to me was when he needed something from me like arranging a viewing for a new client. His bosses have never attempted to intervene. These issues continued until the end of our term. On top of everything, money that was never agreed on was deducted from our deposit. I would never recommend Rize because of its horrific customer service, they are disorganized, dishonest and clearly impossible to get a hold of, even as an existing client.

SHADY services at Rize & 78 Cussonia Drive, Val de Grace, Pretoria Beware of this so-called estate agency. I am a neighbor living in the vicinity of Cussonia drive in Val de Grace in Pretoria, Gauteng. We have been disturbed for quite awhile now by noise and various other unsavory activities that have been taking place at house number 78 Cussonia drive, Val de Grace, Pretoria; which according to the City of Tshwane's records; André du Preez of Andre du Preez Architects is the owner. According to the advertising board outside of the property at 78 Cussonia drive, Val de Grace, Pretoria; it is the premises of "The Boardroom", but after months of observation, myself and various other neighbors have noticed that it is everything but boardroom meetings that are being held on that property. Further investigation revealed that the tenant of 78 Cussonia is a Fred Olivier who also works as an estate agent for Keller Williams Prime and also runs the “Boardroom” that is a cover up for The Teelplaas that is being operated from 78 Cussonia Drive, Val de Grace, Pretoria. After reporting this to both Rize property professionals as well as the owners on the 31st of October 2022 nothing was done and just last week Wednesday I walked past the house and saw a young man without a shirt walking one of the customers to he’s car. It is quite evident that here is a cover up. It looks like the rental agents, owners and tenants are sharing in the "business" profits. The advertisements speaks for itself and it is disgusting to think that Rize property professionals and their owners are allowing this.

I would give them a 10 if I was able to. Especially Ms Jade Liebenberg who was assisting me with the sale. Despite the challenges that I was going through with the banks, she had always remained calm and positive throughout. Her professionalism is beyond measurable. I felt like I had a friend by my side all the time. Sadly the deal didn't go through but I will go to her before anyone in future. I will recommend her to anyone any day.

I enjoyed living at Flat 2. It’s really a good place to park as a single professional.
