I took my pots for polishing & repairs but I had to buy a 30cm roaster because the base couldn't be repaired. This was at half the normal price of the pot. The AMC pots come with a lifetime guarantee for real. It is an investment you make not only for yourself but for generations to come. The staff here are friendly and understand customer care.
AMC Cookware are of the finest quality but unfortunately the service I got from the Pretoria branch was disgusting. I went to the AMC branch in Lynnwood Road Pretoria. Firstly the guy was busy with everything else except with me, he was trying to help me while doing some paperwork under the desk. Then there was a huge misunderstanding, for I wanted new nobs for my 7 lids so my set will all look the same. Then he sold me 3 new lids and gave me the same lids, which I had and is still looking perfect, except they do not have the steamer gadget. He did not show me this until after I paid. I then saw I had 3 new lids and 4 new lids the same as the ones I have. I said I wanted new lids with the steamer gadget for my set, I was told he made a mistake. Yes he did for he does not listen to the customer. I then asked for my money back and I was told to wait until next week to get my money back. I paid by card, why could this not be reversed? I still do not have my money back. You can really work on customer service, I find this very unprofessional for a company of your calibre, who are selling excellent products. I must say I find you prices for aftercare very high.
The lady at the counter Mrs Bridget assisted us so well.. thank you so much for the very efficient service.. highly recommend this AMC cookware branch..
All the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Sent all my AMC pots away for polishing and repairs.
