A store not to shopping in security thinks he run the place no staff member around when store open tester products used as security has no professional manner worth clicks ever hostile environment received a call from click head office which really did not make a difference very poor customer service from the head office will not recommend shopping at randburg Square, ending leaving the store not making my purchases and going somewhere else
Small but stocks a good selection of items and has a nurse so offers a full service. I do my vitality check up and my young daughter's here yearly but you have to call the clicks hotline to make an appointment for these.
Long queues. Masemola whatever her short light skin name is, is too rude. Must learn how to talk to customers. Jerk
I had the worst experience today at Clicks Randburg, as their manager asked for me to join the queue, mind you I am 32 weeks pregnant. People like that dont deserve such positions

Experienced some pathetic service over just a plastic bag that was torn. Very horrible customer service.
This Clicks Shop had a EFT error unbeknownst to me and charged me twice in the process. No sense of customer service at all.
If I could give Zero score I would. Rude and Arrogant Pharmacist by the name of Joscelyn Masiyambiri - Don't go to this store !!!!!!!!!!!
