After two attempts of Fixing my coffee machine and 3 and a half months later I finally got my machine back this time it works, the first time it didn’t but it was filthy. Not sure who was awarded the “ it’s not my job award” but I’m pretty sure when you have had a client’s property for two months the least you can do is to return it clean. I was attacked by coffee grounds when I took it out of the packaging. Revolting actually. The machine never even did a rinse because it still dropped a sloppy shot when I switched it on. Back story: I bought the machine a few months ago at the clearance warehouse. Switched the machine on and it never worked. I sent it to Miele, received it a month later- still wouldn’t work or even do as little as get to the main menu. Sent it back- phoned and tried to follow up for weeks on where my machine is. The lady even asked me over the phone once if I had called to say that I don’t need them anymore!? Crazy. Anyway. I got my machine back last night after it’s second repair since they wouldn’t replace it and it was filthy and a slap in the face. Pathetic to say the least.
Fantastic showroom. Great staff. Bought the Miele CX1. Best vacuum cleaner I've ever owned. Proper quality aswell. Highly recommended
Worst service ever! Bought a wrong part in July last year, paid R700 odd for it.. Took it back, still packaged and was only refunded R230 for the right part. Paid for the right part 2 weeks ago and despite being told that it'll take 3-5 days, i still havent heard from Miele since.. Valentrate is forever away..Tumi does not answer or return calls!! Thinking of escalating to senior management..This cannot be accepted as standard practice..
Useless service. Masego was supposed to fix our dishwasher. He broke the legs of the dishwasher and didn't fix the problem with it. Mike was supposed to come and fix it and he has also not done so. Horrific after sales service from Miele. Don't bother with this brand. It may be a good appliance but the service in SA is extremely poor. Lol, and now they respond 3 months later on this post
Horrible service and bad attitude. Technician was here twice. Machine is worse off that when he started. Now the dishwasher is showing F70 error and the legs of the dishwasher was broken by the technician. Mike was supposed to come to fix the issue... Still no action from Miele.
I love the look and feel of these appliances. I’m about to update my kitchen and was hoping to buy a couple of thing but after seeing similar reviews about bad service I’m holding back. If you guys do realize that most customers are mostly complaining about the same thing , why does it seem like not much is getting changed? Please rectify the faults. Some of us rely on reviews and word of mouth. The bad comments are not helping.
A supposedly premium German Brand, however rather shocking and disappointing - NO SPARE PARTS stocked in South Africa. the Aftersales service is POOR, definitely will rethink any future sales. There appears to be only 1 Technician servicing JHB, My spare part took 3 weeks to arrive in SA, installed and yet the appliance is not working.Follow up call has resulted in another part required, another 2 week wait. So not having a Freezer for 6 weeks is not acceptable. We pay the same price as Europeans, yet SA service levels don't compare to international standards. BTW, not only is one charged for the Call Out Fee, but a Technician Travel Fee of R393 ex Vat was charged too.No other Appliance company charges this. A truly disappointed and unhappy Customer. Thank you Sharon for making the effort to resolve and save me another 2 week wait. Appreciate the customer service, let's hope this is the start of rectifying the many complaints on your reviews.
Dear Miele Bryanston We are bitterly disappointed with your after sales service on our Miele dishwasher. After the initial call out 3 February 2021 for a dishwasher motor replacement, there has been ZERO follow up from your service department to schedule the appointment to install the replacement motor. Naturally I have done all the chasing to get this done and was told on the last call I made that an appointment has been scheduled for the 24 February few days time, only to be told today 22 February that the call is scheduled for 2 March 2021? ONE MONTH later? Frankly - we expect better after sales service from Miele?! Having paid top dollar for top quality German appliances, the after sales service is unfortunately third world. Very disappointing.....come on MIELE?! Really
We needed a new vacuum cleaner and are Miele fans as our most recent Miele lasted 17 years!! We phoned and were helped by Madeleine and she was superb. Professional, efficient, friendly and knows her product. Excellent and highly recommended.
Miele After Sales and service is pathetic to say the very least. I called on the 3rd Of May to report a problem with my Dishwasher. I was told a technician would only be there on the 10th of May. I was then called to say the technition was sick and I would now only be assisted on the 17th of May. I was then told a part had been ordered and would only be available on the 4th of June. I called on the 3rd of June to confirm. And was then told that they no longer make the part and would no try and see if there were other machines that had this part. If I had not called would this have even been picked up. In between i had sent 2 emails to *********** and *********** on the 19 May and 28 May to complain about the lengthy delay. Both of these emails were ignored. 4 June- i was promised a call back by Carol again. And still nothing. PATHETIC UNRESPONSIVE LENGTHY SERVICE AND A MONTH LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING MACHINE OR ANY ANSWER.
