This could have been a 5 star review because the food is great, conveniently close by and well priced and portioned. However, I would love it if instead of scolding your loyal customers for using the phone number listed on Google maybe consider removing the old number and replacing it with the new one? Please also consider training staff in telephone etiquette.
This is one of my favourite places to come for a quick bite to eat or chilled dinner with a friend. The prices are so reasonable and the food tastes so good. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Although it is small, you still feel part of the vibey street!
The food is absolutely delicious!!! Inviting and friendly staff that make your visit all the more amazing. The decor is spot on with white stoned walls creating a charming atmosphere. I will recommend this to anyone looking for casual dining with well priced meals or for a top class take away. It is a quaint restaurant so be sure to make a reservation.
Food Is usually good. But I have an issue with the service. I have placed many orders on Uber eats that they cancel after about 20 minutes. When I Call they say its due to loadshedding. But then why allow us to place orders? I always try support smaller places, but this is just a dumb problem to have. Turn off your app when you can't make food. It's pretty logical.
Loved yiayias. Went there to get takeaways and ended up having supper in their cozy section hidden away from the general public. Delicious well priced seafood dish with dips and pita. Not licensed but can take your own booze at no charge. Service was great. Will be back.
A little hidden gem in the middle if Parkhurst. The food is delicious. Shared the vegetarian platter which was divine. Save some space for their loukoumades Greek donuts. Parkhurst don't have their liquor license yet but customer's are welcome to bring their own wine in the meantime.
We visited for my birthday on a Monday because it was my birthday...no other restaurant was open...in all fairness the lone wait person was alone...but seriously..there was only one other table...food was average ..I hope there takeaway faired better
The food was okay. Their fish was delicious, I can't say the same for the meat. however the service was not. We waited for 1hr 30min for the food we ordered mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant. They only hastened when we told them we were leaving. We were definitely unhappy with the service.
Cool little cafe in Parkhurst. The Greek style platters we shared were unusual, tasty and interesting. I liked quite a few of the options which ranged from tapenade filled pastry to meat balls. The custard filled pastry deserts were also a sweet treat to cap the meal. They do allow the venue to be booked out and you can also take your own drinks.
Sasha the manager is AMAZING. No matter how busy they are she takes the time to help you and make sure you are taken care of and that you feel welcome. The food is fresh, beautifully presented and tasty. Portions are surprisingly large Great coffee Try the delicious baklava cheese cake. Outstanding service A great hidden gem with friendly staff
