All I can say that for a corporation this size, Google's customer service is beyond pathetic. My Business listing on Google was suspended for no apparent reason and without any warning. You cannot phone anyone to assist as they politely inform you on the numbers provided that they do not take calls. I submitted my form for the re instatement of my business listing yesterday . Still waiting. I managed to get someone from Google ads to phone me and they looked at my business profile and could not see any reason for my business listing to be suspended. Another issue I have is that in the drop down box provided for your primary business category their are a pathetic limited choice of options and none that suits my business which is the retail of Door Handles, Door Locks, Cabinet Handles and Knobs. Absolutely pathetic.
Is it awesome inside Google Johannesburg? Absolutely! If you have read reviews of Google campuses around the world, althought smaller, it has all the elements, but with a South African flair. Well done Google as this office is definetly proudly South African!

The people are great here and we had an awesome meeting with the cloud team. Love the offices and the setup and how they cater for you.
Great office park and beautiful, localised office space. Spoilt for choice canteen. Friendly and enthusiastic people.
Grossly incompetent. Log calls, no action. Not even a local contact number to be found here in South Africa.
We are running Google Ads and our spend reflects R87.50 but you charged us R500.00 . This is daylight robbery an unacceptable. I suggest people double check google ad spend compared with what google charges you. So this is why Google is multi billion dollar company stealing from businesses.
Google My Business do not send the verification cards as indicated by post therefore you cannot verify your business. Secondly none of the alternatives they give works. The end result is they have no way you can contact them accept via bots which also don't work. A company's integrity is measured by its support service and Google seem to lack in support service depend too much on tech and nothing is improving Report back: After months finally got verified via Video Call and Video verification that works much better than postal verification. Google thanks for the improvement on verification methodology.
One problem though,that of verifying Google businesses by mail ie postcard.In this day and time,you still verifying businesses by such a method?I'm very much disappointed in you.Are you serious ? Since you are a tech giant,people expect Google to move with the times,but,alas,no,you are regressing. Re-think your verification methods,particularly the postcard method,to make things easier.
Tanya was quick to get hold of me to pay my Business registration fee of R2231.00 shortly after Hercules attended to this, however my location is still incorrect, I have sent her whatsapp messages which are read but never responded to and Hercules does not call me back, so what did I pay for when it is still incorrect, pathetic service, quick to take money for services not rendered.
