Calgrom3 has is the worst building developer cheap materials were used to build the flats my flat and other flat occupants walls are cracked, the walls are damp causing mould and discoloring, at the moment my biggest issue is a ceiling that is leaking at ground floor. Calgrom3 do not bother to queries for months on end. I really hope banks blacklist this developer to potential clients that require home loans. The flats are dangerous and uninhabitable to live in for any human being. Do not purchase your homes from this company do your research first.
I regret ever buying an apartment at Calgro in 2022. Since I moved in March 2022, We keep on having power cuts every 2 weeks for minimum of 4 days. All our neighbours across the road would have lights on except calgro developments in south hills. We keep on throwing food all the time, not to mention bathing with cold water while paying bond monthly
Bought a house in one of their development in south hills only if I knew that this people are con artists. They will sell you something that will be built differently compared to what is on the internet. This company deserves nothing but a shutdown! They are a Pandemic
They have a one entrance gate even after they advertised a 2 way gate They lied about the biometric entrance They lied about getting 3 sides of fencing By the time I moved I was owing over 7000 because they’d been using the water at my house to build other houses. The houses have cracks and leaking roofs They are false advertisers!!!
Very bad service, my unit is rotten inside I don't know how the walls can be molded when you call then they say we will call you back until now. They never answer the emails and this is been happening for the 4th time now. New units only 1 year staying here in south hills
I have had a series of poor service by this company. On one of their recent development in South Hills they used water from my new house before I moved in. Now they are sending me in circles when they have to pay and COJ does not wanna hear anything.
Save yourself the headache. 3 years still no house. Stories after stories. Delays after delays...
