I purchased my wedding ring at this store in September 2022. I was assisted by Neo. What excellence! Answered all my questions, guided me on what to consider, alleyed my fears, and helped find my ring. February 2023, 2 stones came out, and I took the ring back for the store to be reset. It came back on 10 March 2023. Saturday, 13 May 2023, another stone came out. Now, I reside very far from Centurion, it's outside the warranty period, I panickingly called the Centurion branch and was told that the manager isn't available and that I will be called back with feedback. As I continued with my life, the ring very far back in my mind, I received a call on Wednesday from Nora, the lady that I had spoken to on Sunday the 14th. She advised that, upon discussion with the manager, they recommended that I go to the nearest American Swiss branch and I would get assistance. I'm so relieved. The fact that they called when I wasn't even thinking about the situation speaks volumes. Bottom line? American Swiss Centurion, highly recommended!
Went to this branch to exchange a ring that I purchased online. We found what we wanted, their products are good quality. I was disappointed in the staff, I am not sure if they know what they are doing. I asked twice for assistance and guidance to determine my ring size and the lady just repeated "it is fine" as if she was just trying to make the sale and get rid of me as soon as possible.
Absolutely the worst service ever. Gave in a brand new bracelet for a minor clasp repair - has taken over a month - and I have gone into the store probably four times to follow up. Requested the manager to call me - still waiting. There is no regard for customer service at this store. Generally it would seem that American Swiss' fine jewellery products have poor workmanship and one may want to choose another jeweller to purchase from.
Worst experience in my life when it comes to customer service. I will never support American swiss again. I bought a ring at there Botswana branch and and they said i can resize it in SA, when i wanted to resize it at this branch they said i can but the diamonds are going to fall out the whole time, which i get. Problem came in when i wanted to exchange or credit it, they wanted to give me how much is on the receipt, they were not interested in the Rands amount that i payed, they wanted to give me less that what i payed. And i told them that pule is stronger than the rand. Either they didn't want to help or they wanted to rob me. I don't support a company that does unethical business. If there was a theives rating would rate then top class.
Hi, what a horrific experience we had at American swiss Centurion. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced with them on friday we had to wait 20 min for someone to help us it looked like no one was in the mood to help us. They made little black dots one was lower than the other so i asked them to do it again.... then they couldn't even get the timing right so shot one and then after i said go the other lady shot the other ear. The left earing was shot in above the black dot this means the one earing was skew. I did not want to make a big thing infant of my daughter. Now we have to take it out and doit again.
Very nice and polite staff and assist with the size of the rings and give you what suit your budget keep up
It hurts deeply, deeply to have to give a star before i can wright a review. There should be minus stars too. We were looking to spend a few for a nice ring and such, diamonds being on sale now at all the shops. First day I walked through there was no one in the front. I went back later to find a sales person that did not want to help me and just left me there to go to the back without any explanation. I left.. My husband and I went back again yesterday just to check we are happy about seeing everything on offer and found another lady there and she was also very very very reluctant to help us. It looked like she was going to puke rather than help us. She hardly moved, I thought she was going to go backwards, and was very irritated with us wanting to see a 2nd ring in the window. We went to other stores and were treated very well. Thanks to Browns for having the perfect 1.7 carat ring for me for our 20th anniversary. I'm not sure how this shop can be making money, somebody should investigate, there must be something dodgy going on. The problem with this country. Stuff up a shop because you don't want to work. If it closes, you wonder why there is no jobs. And the so it continues... Laziness is a sickness in this country. But carry on hiring people like that. Good luck. Not.
Charm broke within the first 3 hours of wearing the bracelet. Terrible quality. They won't replace the charm. I will not buy from them again.
Fair pricing and good discount. However, service was bad. When i bought my ring they didn't bother mentioning i will have to separately pay for resizing, i only learnt that when i came to collect. Also, they had not prepared the certificate which i had to collect days later.
