I received the most amazing service from Trevor, he was absolutely amazing, well informed of the selections which made it very helpful and easy for me to get what I was looking for and even better. I'm so satisfied with my purchase, I love love love the rings I bought. Bridget was so patient and understanding with regards to what I want and how I wanted it, she was extremely helpfull and I could took my time as she was still patient and gave her honest opinion out of a jewel professionals eye view! I recommend this store if you want to get a gift for a loved one. I was helped by a young gentleman by the name of Trevor who made choosing seem effortless and had good recommendations. The lady who wrapped the gift did a fantastic job as well.

Had such bad experience at American Swiss, not helpful at all, spoke to the Manager Jacqui while I'm explaining my situation she as head of the store turned her back on me and walked away, surely she shouldn't be in this position if she can't face difficult customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Looking down on other people, think she's better than others.

Just had the worst experience with the Store though this may actually be a problem with American Swiss not the store in particular.. I bought a set of wedding rings and mine has just broke off.. Just been told I should bring it in for repairs and will be quoted for the expenses.. I feel this is a rip off, considering that I had the ring sent in twice for sizing which they did wrong first time and had to pay for both instances of sizing.. All my trust at the brand has through the window, quite disappointed..

Nice customer service but they don't have other rings for size, you must come for resizing which is a waste of time I think
