The staff are completely unacommidating. Declining to allow my partner to try on an item of clothing, regardless of the fact that we intended to buy it and other items. While I understand that they were closing, it was going to be another two minutes. Nevermind the fact that other customers were still browsing. The employees and thereby this business values inconveniencing customers. I hope they closed in time, no matter the customers that remained as we left. We will never return.

Sanitizer and friendly staff at the door. No social distancing encouraged in the store unfortunately. Very helpful friendly gentleman working the till.

Horrible service from Pick n Pay clothing & their customer "service". Item was advertised in bold as R180, got to the check out and I was charged R220. Asked to speak to the manager, she was unhelpful, uninformed and was not even aware of PnP's own policies such as "double the difference". She was completely rude and inexperienced. Contacted PnP customer care and they flat out ignored my feedback.

A bit outdated as to the style of the clothes but other wise an ok shop

Sanitizer at the door but staff running around for no reason, cleaning trolley unattended in the middle of the aisle and no idea what 'social distance' means, as no restrictions on the number of people allowed in to the store. The staff were wearing masks.

Very convenient store. They do however need a bit more variety in their clothing
