The treatment was appalling. Walked in & received merely a once over glance from the shop assistant when she finally looked up from her phone. Peered around it & gave a disapproving stare all the way from my feet up. After I greeted twice, she asked what my budget was & smugly told me it was expensive. It dawned me just after that I was being racially profiled and classed. Incredibly disappointing & disgusting service. Made me feel unwanted & misplaced. I can only hope others don't receive the same reception. Please do better.
Send my two daughters with my Cc to buy Matrix farewell dresses and the assistant refused to let them browse the dresses or enter the store
