You don't want to bother shopping at this branch. The manager's arrogant attitude stinks! They clearly don't need business. Selling stale baby vege strips.

The service at this store is embarrassingly bad from management all the way down. As soon as 3pm struck we had literally every employee in the store hounding us telling us the store is closed, rushing my 8 months pregnant wife and I. So we took what we had and stopped shopping for other items and out comes the manager complaining that there were still customers in the store and how he wanted to go home. Mind you this is literally 2 minutes after 3pm. The cashier was rude to my wife when she asked for shopping bags and I was just trying to get out of that hostile environment as quickly as possibly so I told my wife not to worry about it and I'd hold everything. As soon as we got our receipts the cashier told us you're done you can leave now as rudely as possible, only for the same cashier to chase us down asking for our receipts as they needed these to close off. I refused to return to the store as they were very eager to get rid of us in the first place and she practically begged for the receipt number. Needless to say we will not be returning ever again.

Have been going here since I had my baby, they always have stock of things that other stores don't. Like less common formulas and fluoride free toothpaste. Staff are helpful too. Some of the things are a bit expensive compared to clicks/PnP like nappies and wet wipes. However I am always guaranteed to go there and get what I need! They have the cutest sun hats and toddler sunglasses.

A little sad to see the customer service has all but disappeared from Baby City Cedar Square. Staff act as if they are doing you a favour helping you and lack knowledge about the most basic of items. It's a mission to get assistance with a smile. Please, if you don't enjoy your job go find a new one but you don't need to impact on others with your negative attitude. And get some product training.

Amazing serviceby staff with extensive product knowledge. really bright , clean and well run , everything you will need for your baby. It's been really jacked up

Terrible service, the cashier treat you as if you were at a government place. No friendliness at all they don't greet at the customer. Maybe they are being underpaid I suppose. Filed a complaint their head office didn't do much about it I suppose these type of treatment it's normal at their store

Customer service is excellent. Bheke was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Great product variety. Will definitely be back!

Great store just a bit difficult to find staff to point you in the direction of what you want. Huge store so you dnt want to wander around until you find whatever you need.

Good variety, albeit a bit expensive. Cashiers are really slow though and lines move painfully slow.

Everything you need for your baby you can get especially first time moms and the service is excellent
