AMG Driving Academy Zwartkops Raceway

Mercedes AMG Driving Academy: This was one of the best experiences ever! I can honestly say that it changed the way I perceive driving forever. Every aspect of the day was perfectly managed. The staff were incredibly professional and very friendly. The instructors are on another level. They guide through every step, helping to build your confidence. The venue is top notch. The meals and snacks are excellent. Refreshments are freely available all day. Lectures are short and informative and are useful both for the track and for road driving. The cars are all AMG models. The skid pan training was incredible. Regular driving does not prepare you for this experience. On the track you get to drive the awesome C63. The track is prepared beforehand with cones showing you exactly where to brake, where to turn, where to exit the corner etc. This, in conjunction with an extremely experienced instructor make it possible to get around the track safely at the highest speed that you are comfortable with. It was one of the best days of my life and I want to thank all the staff for making it such an incredible experience. Special thanks go to our instructor Caleb. Another aspect that was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful was that any spectators that you bring with are invited to drive accompany you as a passenger at various stages. This makes your guests feel like they are participating as well. That way you can discuss the event afterwards and they know exactly what you are talking about. If you think it is something you would like to do then I suggest you go ahead and do it now. My only regret is that I waited until I was almost to old.

Going for a driving course at AMG is such a fantastic experience. The instructors are excellent, friendly and full of energy and the facilities and cars are incredible!
