I would please appreciate if one of Anglo staff can contact me. I have a judgment on my credit profile that was added by this company. And I am not under debt review. I want a clearance certificate asap. Please if someone can assist me!?!

These people went and put me under debt review without my permission and they have never spoken to me neither have i ever contacted them. i found this out from another debt counselling company called NDC who contacted me regarding my debt. apparently my credit report shows that Anglo debt even went to court on my behal, and i know nothing about this.I cant get hold of them on the fone .

I've finished paying my debts and I've been waiting for my certificate since 2021 and I try emailing contacting and chatting with them I never get any follow-ups

They never return your enquiries,  debtors dont get paid

Poor customer service!!! Not one phone number is working and been trying to email even Facebook messages this people regarding my account Nobody has been in contact with me over 4 months but I must pay every month my account!!!  Does not comply with fais act and not fit and proper to give advice!!!!  Does not recommend this company ever!!!

Not a good place at all!!!Went to an interview and the guy Ishmael was always on my case he even chased me out. I'm thankful that he did cause I could see it's not a company that I can work for.
