I would say I've just experienced one of the best kinds of customer service ever! After being put throught to a lovely gentleman names Tamas! He guided me and advised on the best thing for me to do whilst in my current situation. He was so polite and patient with me whilst I uploaded all my documents and helps me fill in what I needed to. After explaining the situation I'd been facing it meant a lot to hear the kinds words he had said and although it was through a phone i felt very supported. Tamas is very thoughtful and wish you all the best.
Terrible company. Tried to pay bill online 15 times with three different cards and all say the bank has declined payment. Then having spoken to the bank they say there has been no attempt of taking the money out. Tried to call the line for paying a bill and the call fails every time. Renewal is up in may and I’ll staying we’ll clear of this abysmal company. Recommend everyone else stays well clear too
I have been requesting a call back for the last 5 consecutive days in a row an still yet to receive any call back. Lines are constantly busy and some people who work during the day are unable to wait on hold for hours on end. What's the point in having a request a call back option if granite finance fail to acknowledge requests. Very fast to contact you if you miss a payment but extremely slow to respond if you have an enquiry. 0 stars
Absolute conmen!!! Thank god we have a 14 day cooling off period with insurer, was told a figure from the insurance broker, granite finance added on a fee which was what they said was a 15% charge. Even though it added to 26.5%. the staff are rude just not a good company
One of worst finance companie rob u all the time if you miss payment charges £25 every time u miss your payment like some finance companies out there if u miss payment they put £10 pounds charge for late payment and accorn insurance is one of worse both granite finance and accorn insurance no good at all just want to rob your money best insurance company to try is prillvige insurance just they don't do taxi n food delivery insurance
How this company is still able to operate its unbelievable. Constantly suffering from technical errors so they claim... resulting in them cancelling your policy then informing your cancellation in a complete different format to the way they normally contact you just shows how difficult and in search they are to get more money out of you. This has been the 3rd time they've cancelled my policy without my knowledge and all they can do is just say sorry there was an error. There's truly no words to say how I feel about them but after gathering a list of different people just in the North east having the same issue I'll be making every effort in detail to bring this to social media for it to been seen to all who needs to be aware!!!

Dreadful Customer Service and it is very hard to get hold of them. They send threatful emails letting you know if payments arent made you can be taken to court. When I try to contact them to discuss the matter no one answers or responds to my email. Company should not be running anymore and will hopefully close down in the near future.
Terrible and bad company to deal with. Money grabbing threatening no consideration animals. These people have no heart or compassion.
Taken insurance payment after my insurance policy had finished. Have you read all the reviews on this company? How are they still trading??
