Moving a pet oversees is daunting. These guys were brilliant in getting our "Nova" back to Cape Town from Norway. They assisted us in getting all the relevant documentation, tests and paperwork before her big trip. Nova arrived in Cape Town happy and healthy, and has now settled in after a few months. Five-star service all the way! Highly recommend! We had great pleasure of dealing with Animal Travel Services, which made emigration of our cat from Cape Town to London very smooth. First to all they had the best dates availability compare to other companies I compared with other two. Secondly - we were provided truly 5-star service! Communication was impeccable, about the process, required documents & especially during actual travel of our cat. Every person we came in contact with was very friendly and accommodating. I especially would like to mention our supervisor Jaco - super friendly and professional, he was such a pleasure to deal with! Throughout the process I asked him million and one question - all of which were answered with patience and knowledge! Their office is conveniently located in Cape Town airport with very neat and clean pet facility for soon to fly pets. We felt very comfortable leaving our cat in their hands & they didn't disappoint! All in all our experience of dealing with Animal Travel Services, and in particular with Jaco, was so awesome, I can't recommend them highly enough!
