On Wednesday the 1st of March my pre booked car was dropped off at this establishment just after 17:00 and collected it the following day at 18:30. I was invoiced and forced to pay R450 for 2 calendar days even though this was only an hour and a half more than 24 hours. Delayed plane to blame. It was paid and queried the following day to which we were told we were parked for 2 Calendar days. It would have been far cheaper to just use the normal underground parking. Feels like extreme poor business ethics to me to be charged for a full day for 1 hour and 30 minutes of the theoretical calendar day. Poor customer service and not accommodating at all. With a large scale business like this it is clear that they do not rely on regular customers so leaving a few unhappy non returning clients is clearly acceptable.
Brilliant business. Always friendly, professional and helpful. Really smooths out the traveling experience, which is in and of itself gruelling. Had a last minute change in plans on Thursday and Cape Executive Parking came to the rescue. The Financial Manager Ronel Beukeman made a plan on the spot and Gavin Patience stayed two hours later than his original shift and waited till we could collect the keys at 23h00. Businesses like these are not the norm, and employees like these are the exception, and that is why we will keep on supporting them. Highly recommend them.
Used to use these guys all the time for business trips. They are awesome.
