Automotion Valet Parking

After enduring a cancelled overnight flight from the UK, we finally arrived around 3am the following day - The Automotion team promised to open up earlier for us and the staff were ontime. Very grateful for that, as all we wanted to do was to get home. Well done on the great service!

I do not normally do reviews, however, Automotion require a special mention. I needed them to go and deliver my car back home for an emergency while I was away on business. This was requested and executed within 60 minutes, after hours, with zero bureaucracy and fuss. Just good old discretion and customer service. Impressive.

Service was good, but the price you pay upon collecting your car is not the same as on their booking form on the website. I had to pay 30% more. After questioning this, they told me I would have to pay an admin fee to correct the amount. So rather pay when making your booking.

I had enough problems on my head to have to battle with parking issues when I got back to Cape Town and you guys delivered above and beyond what could have been expected. Please pass on my thanks to the guys who helped.

Obviously a bit pricey but thats expected. The staff could be a little more professional i would think. The exterior of my car could have been cleaned a tad better. They put all my belongings in a bag and left it in the car so i was grateful for that.

Went away with family for a week and came back to find car was not available for collection and person could not get it as they did not have hep! Had to stand around and wait for nearly 45 minutes until someone came to help and get car driven to airport. Really pointless to book in your car to a valet parking service and not have it ready on your return and too top it all off the car was not cleaned.

Been trying for a week to make a booking. No matter how many times I ask, no invoice or booking confirmation appears. Terrible service, taking my business to one of their competitors.

Will definitely use them again, excellent service and car was super clean when I returned thanks Automotion!
