Most amazing service. Very very helpful and extremely kind. Best petrol station experience in the Western Cape. Makes it a bit easier with high fuel prices
poor customer experience all round. I visited this petrol station today with my 6year old child in the car. I was attended to by KACHALA who said hes the supervisor. my child was talking to me about our dogs puppies this rude unprofessional person started making a remark to my child in his own language. I asked what is he talking to my child for he said hes not talking to me but to my child who is 6years old. he was being aggressive loud n swearing at us. then going around to other staff and laughing at us. do these foreigners even have papers to work here.And this is not the first this man behaviours this way i asked to speak to the manager. they said theres no manager around. I went into the store that cashier also busy laughing saying KACHALA is the supervisor and there's no one else that i can speak to.
I'm extremely upset, I don't know who the guy is that worked tonight around 9pm at sasol Ottery in the store15.12.22, but he gave the most disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced. He swore at me and threatened me as well. I'd like to have this matter escalated as it is NOT okay
The shop Is usually fully stocked. The petrol attendents are always friendly. It has an Absa Atm outside and an Fnb Atm inside. They also have generators running during load shedding
I looked at the reviewsl in the previous past 3 months. Everytime I fill up, the staff including petrol attendants are all fine. The services is on par and I will always tip them. Make a petrol attendants day by treating them like their jobs matter.
Just left the garage shocking service. My opinion all the staff needs to be disciplined or fired but they don't belong to be employed. Totally hopeless no manners absolutely no customer etiquette who ever trained these okes is really doing a lousy job .. will never recommend anyone to this service station for any reason not even to buy a bread. Please let your staff spend the day at she'll garage I'm bergvliet. They will be mesmerized by the quality of service at the garage
The shop is not open 24/7 also the staff members "boi" and "ricardo" very rude staff in the early mornings Edit : 09/01/23 Staff still rude in the mornings , swearing at you talking to their friends before serving , refused to wash windows The man in the picture is the ine that refuses service
Petrol attendance in there own world ... service low
Every morning I put petrol like 20 liter and this attendant look like they doing you a favor , when I was to pay he saw I didn’t give him tip , they look like you work for them every time when someone need to put petrol he palmist tip them Gatvol of this nonsense. When you ask them to wash the windows then you must like I mean you must tip them, they don’t do it for free anymore
Sasol Ottery is one of my favourite fuel stations. Good customer service and honestly the quality of their fuel is the best in my opinion.
