Initially we wanted to sell my dad's house privately, due to High Agent fees, but with no success, we got in touch with Annemieke and after meeting with her, my dad agreed to let her handle the sale of his house, which he has loved for 42yrs plus. It was our childhood home. Annemieke was so professional, yet very personal and sympathetic to the emotional side of selling the house and she was also very affordable and reasonable with her fees. The house was sold with the first offer and quicker than we expected. My dad was very pleased with her professionalism and he got the price he hoped for.
