They are your best friend until you sign the contract and then you are on your own. I cannot say their service is pathetic, because there is no customer service.

I have recently put down a deposit for a new development Tanglewood Estate and Just Property Bellville. I have been BEGGING for more information countless times in terms of the development progress, the progress on home loan applications and I have received very little to NO communications back. Have the developers run away with my money? I am appalled by the lack of servcie from this company. They are meant to assist me with interim housing as well and i have not heard one word from anyone in regards to that. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Just Property in general. If you are someone who wishes to be kept informed and feel strongly about service, this is NOT the company to use as a service provider. Very, very disappointed.

Tried to inquire about a property but it seems the owner, Hendrik, doesn't care about making sales or getting back to anyone. Terrible service.
