Very bad service. Was told to send photos of my bosch dishwasher pump and dishwasher model. I was told that it was ordered from bosch. I was given the wrong pump and when I wanted to return it they didnt want to help. I then later found out that the pump was not an original bosch pump but a grey market pump. I have been supporting her for over 20 years and thats the service she gives her loyal customers. Sad very sad.

Wrongly diagnosed the issue after many days. Was quickly sorted by close competitor
