Called Collin direct to book my car in 04.07.22 , he agreed that I can bring the car- it had eletrical problem, getting there with tow truck he didn't even pay attention to us, just to show us at least safe place to drop the car, after few minutes of waiting for him to at least attend us - I went to him with the help of the tow truck driver to show him as I didn't even know him ,I said Collin I didn't even finish he asked if he must leave what is doing and pay attention to me, I just said no, I wanted to say I'm here , joh that guy was so rude and left me standing there I opened my car and wait after 5 minutes he said i must get in to give the keys to the lady there, even there was asked for my number and car reg nr and the lady said they will call me when they're done I waited until following Tuesday 11.07.2022, no communication received with them, Sent him whatsapp about his turn around time, he said he is not coming right i must collect my car Clearly he didn't do anything , I want him to pay my towing fee just for keeping my car there for 7 days and did nothingService: Electrical
I returned my vehicle to have the air-conditioning fixed. The cold air was fixed, however the heater was not working. The owner was unprofessional and told me he will not teach me how my car works I should go to Germany for that and that it is not the same system whereas I expected them to test if the heater was working when the cool air was fixed. It is called air-conditioning for a reason, not cooling air and a heater. Experience left a lot to be desired considering I had to pay for a problem they initially caused. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.Service: Air conditioning

My last visit's experience is bad, the guy picked up a call while I was talking responding his question how can we help you, when he finished with the phone call i started to tell him what's the problem in my car; He just asked me if he should stop what he's doing and listen to me? And i felt so disappointed.

Very unprofessional they do not contact the customer to let them know what is happening with the vehicle.I had replaced the temp sensor when I got the car back the sensor was broken.Im terribly unsatisfied.
