Super unprofessional people. I got a Whatsapp message telling me I need to call them I informed the person that they have the wrong number where after even a ID number got disclosure to me. I will not recommend to anyone who cares about there personal information.
They sent me an email about how they tried to claim my excess back from an accident from the third party and that unfortunately now the case is closed. um well, the third party was a tree so I can see how it was difficult to process
