The most poorest service I have ever seen. This is no company to trust for anything particularly conveyance work 1. They are no where to find, throw you pillar to post 2. Each week they request 1 document, when your all done, they start from the beginning to request same documents. 3. 5 months down the line the bond application has not moved an inch from their offices. If fairness was at play they should close shop and make way for more Profesional business.

Wow!!! What an awesome group of ladies. Our process has been absolutely amazing. I will use Joshila Desai Inc again and will recommend them to anyone who is in the process of buying a property.

I’m thoroughly disappointed with Joshila. I still haven’t received my refund from city of Johaneesburg after it was paid to them, initially they claimed it would take 2 working days to be paid into my account when I followed up after the fact I was told the person dealing with payments is not in the office, this happened for two consecutive days and now I am told that the accounts department is querying with city of Johannesburg about my refund, even though they had confirmed that they had received the funds. They are running an extremely unprofessional shop and would not recommend Joshila to anyone. To give context they were my transferring attorneys to the sale of my property.
