Gave it another try and this time it was better, the service was quicker and the food was delicious. I'd suggest you go there during quiet hours.Food: 5/5
It would be nice if they can get more people working at the place especially monthend, so that the service can be more faster, and people can eat n leave to creat space for other people. However, the place is nice, enjoyable, like how they sing for everyone for their birthdays I love it. Will definitely go again. Kid-friendliness: Kids can play and have a good time on the kids section. Parking: Parking it's closer to the place, so you don't walk long.
Took my 2 kids there they loved it....they sang going around making a snake chain it was nice. Was the 1st time i see such. They enjoyed i5t Kid-friendliness: Staff at play room is very friendly
Our waitron Patricia was very good and so was the food. Nice play area for kids as grandparents we always check these out. The only downer was a staff meeting going on in the Spur, couldn't you do that after hours or in private somewhere?Food: 5/5
First of all the waiter got a lot of our orders wrong but atleast tried to fixed them. I ordered a well done 500g steak but he punched in and served me 350g steak that was not that well done, dry and had a lot of fat. The Nachos chicken salad, man oh man ‍it was dry, just a greek salad with 6 Dorito chips, no dressing or dip or sauce with also unseasoned semi-cooked chicken, anyway we move. The only thing I enjoyed was the ice tea and the mood of waiters when singing for the newly graduates and birthday person. I've been a waitress before and I know how busy it can get which makes a person anxious. Secondly, Arrow Creek Spur is no longer the same shame compared to the years 2017 & '18 when it comes to their food and service. Also, there was a couple, who were not attended to, of which they decided to up and leave and the staff did nothing but talk about them and point at them. Lastly, guys, the service was so slow from the order taking to being served food. I'm sure there were like 15-20min breaks in between to getting the service and food‍. Guys I don't know if the staff lacks motivation from the superiors or the chef was under pressure or what was the problem because the only competition that the restaurant has over another Spur is the alcohol licence. I foresee danger if the Big Valley acquires theirs. Kid-friendliness: Atleast Kids have a variety of options when it comes to their area. Also they have a Mascot so ‍
You always know what you are going to get at Spur. Feel-good food with generous portions. Service is a bit slow, but otherwise a great place to stop on one's way to Botswana.
The service was amazing all thanks to our waiter Mr Mogogi, I really enjoyed my birthday thank you. Besides the food the only reason I will come back again is to receive the same hospitality again from HIM
We ordered waffles with cream for our kids and they gave us cream that was off. It was very unprofessional and careless for them as my kids are both under 5. We also ordered a brownie dessert another time nd it was rock hard. Please improve your service and double check before servingFood: 1/5
Went there with family for father's day lunch. Food and service was good and we didnt wait too long for our food. My concern was with how people were sitting close to each other. I hope they will improve their covid protocol, even at the door when waiting to get in.
Bad service They served me cold food and they do not offer anything on your birthday like other Spur restaurants
