To shop simply browse through the Artefacts Boutique shop section and use the message option provided on each item to order or inquire about an item. After you have decided what you would like to order I will invoice you with your total. Purchases can be posted to you at an additional fee or collected in Hillcrest by appointment.
EFT Payment is required prior to postage or in order to reserve an item.
REGRETTABLY CASH DEPOSITS INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AREN'T ACCEPTED.
Postage orders are mailed out on Mondays. I use the local post office service and you will be provided with a tracking code that you can use to monitor your parcels delivery status.
Please note: That there are no returns, refunds or exchanges and that I can not be held liable for orders that have been lost in the mail.
(That being said I haven't experienced a single case of a lost or tampered with parcel in almost two years of operation.)
ABOUT CONSIGNMENT:
If you are looking to sell your clothing either new or pre-loved and don't have the time or interest to do so; I can sell them for you and will take a commission on any items that are successfully sold. There are no upfront fees unless I request to wash your items prior to placement into stock (which I will ask consent for in advance). With consignment you will often make more in the long run than you would by selling your clothing to a resale buyer who will offer you as little as possible to increase their own profits. Pricing of your items will be done over email and you will be an active part of the decision making process for your items resale moving forward.
