Clean and tidy store. Lots of different animals in there. Some very interesting ones as well. For me it was a little sad though to see some animals in cages. But they are well looked after.

If there was 100 stars id give them that! The Girls behind the counter is where i will start. They are just simply amazing. So helpful ,so friendly and there passion for animals reflects in the exceptional service they provide. This is the Rolls Royce of cat towers, our furry babies are beyond extatic and so are we. Huge thank you to Arthurs Pet Shop for always being the best!

Such great service from the staff. They collected my details for future pets as well. . I was so excited to bring home my 2 baby Conor's. So gentle and playful I just don't have words...my son and I are very happy with the 2 new additions and look forward to going back soonest. Arthur's offers many pet options including pigeons,fish, marmosets, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, snakes and much more. I personally highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

shopping around for a pet reptile and was shocked when the lady at Coastel Pets told me you guys send snakes in closed boxes at Courier guy resulting in death of buremse python babies. absolutly shocking.They found the box as it was stinking and you guys do this often and dont give licenses. i was gonna get a snake or dragon by yous, but not now as many people by facebook say i must look by you. must do things right like coastel. big clean, happy animals

Best pet shop in Port Elizabeth. The staff know their stuff and are always willing to help. As a reptile owner I always struggle to find a shop that caters for my reptiles' needs and requirements, but this place has everything you need and more. And that goes for all their products. Great store. 10/10

A fascinating place with all sorts of animals, friendly, attentive staff and prices seem fair. Definitely worth a visit for any pet lover.
