Whenever I visit the store i have the best experience. Everything is clearly laid out and staff are Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The online experience is also amazing, intuitive, streamlined and easy to use. The staff are also very responsive on Whatsapp for queries.

Well stocked with staff who have good knowledge of their products, the venue is ftiendly and well set up allowing for easy access to different ki ds of products depending on your needs.

I see that their online shopping is getting credit, but unfortunately, the customer experience from within the shop, is terrible. I've been offered help from the company, several times, recently, due to issues with my snakes, and on every single occasion, they fail to respond and to get back to me. Once in the shops, a person also struggles to find assistance from an employee, as they all walk around the store in a blase fashion, while vaping or chatting to fellow colleagues. The customer experience, has been terrible.

A-ma-zing customer service!!! My order was delivered overnight even though it was supposed to take 3-5 business days! When I started up my filter only to find that the impeller was faulty. I gave Gareth from Coastal Pets a call and within minutes came up with a solution and he sent me a replacement and it again arrived overnight! I’m honestly left speechless with the customer service I have received!
