Arts and Culture at Pretoria Boys High School

Was at the school today to watch our boy play cricket. Used the bathrooms at the Dorey field. The ladies bathrooms under the clock. I have to say the bathroom smelled so bad we had to cover our faces. We had no choice but to use the facilities. The next time we rather used the men's bathroom. Perhaps just look into that.

Attended my 40-year reunion with pride last week. PBHS is steeped in tradition but is a progressive modern school. Apart from academic excellence, the school offers numerous sporting, cultural, social and community options for a rounded education. The grounds are immaculate and are really a pleasure to walk around - very few educational institutions offer such a historic and natural environment.

Pretoria Boys High is a school I cannot talk more highly of. Amazing place for boys to become school-going young men.

Visited PBHS, my old school, for my matric 40y reunion ... And simply blown away by what an incredible place of learning this is! Huge improved over time and quality of education has gone UP!

Both my son's have the previledge of attending PBHS where they are flourishing in their academics and sport alike while building character and becoming men. In my humble opinion it is hands down the best school in SA.

I rarely give a five star review but this place definitely deserves it. The scenery is amazing from the grounds to the buildings. The staff and students are friendly and welcoming and have a genuine love and respect for one another as well as the school. The school is well maintained as well as updated. The feeling of family is present here, this is very rare and not found often among schools. Pretoria Boys High is truly a gem in this country.

Outstanding school. Excellent standards of academics, cultural and sporting activities. Historical grounds and buildings with plenty of modern facilities available. The school is well situated and easily accessible, traffic can be problematic at certain times of day due to the sheer volume of schools in the vicinity.

I attended the school open day today the 3rd of March 2018. I’m speechless, everything its perfect in this school. The staff, the students, the principal even the security at the gate. The school is extra need and they have all the activities. I pray that they accept my son coz I’m sure I won’t regret the decision of taking him to this school.

One of de best high school in SA..it has produced de best in this world the likes of Elon musk...oscar pretorious u can name them .....best cricket players and rugby most of them they come from boys high...
