We love this resort for family weekends. But clients should be made aware that there is a lot of load shedding in the area. The resort do have generators but we stayed in a berghuis and they only switched it on at 6 in the evening. We could not even make coffee during the day.
Rooms very old and small. Kitchen suitable for 1 person at the time. Stove new and advance. All bedrooms are upstairs wooden stairs are used to go there it doesn't feel safe and comfortable. Toilet and shower put together in less than 1 metre wall to wall, suitable for slender people. House keeping clean rooms daily no change of towels, soap and toilet papers. To enjoy the place you need to be out of the apartment most of the time. Uncle Sam tried his best to make the game drive interesting. My children enjoyed the quad bikes and paintball with uncle Lucas. My advice basic amenities like bath towels, soaps and toilet paper must be provided daily as a basic self catering needs. This is my first and last visit to this place I rather go to adventura.
Excellent for weekend getaways. We camped in a tent. The price is worth it. The stand was immaculate. It was paved and had a shade net. Ablution facilities were clean with hot running water. There were cleaners that cleaned your dishes daily and workers who assisted with pitching your tent for a small fee. The swimming pools were pristine. Lots of rules but that actually lends to you having a lovely peaceful camping experience. Nearby activities: Lots of activities for children
Lovely and beautiful, BUt they can to clean our room when we got back things of ours was missing! We contacted them they said the supervisor Ben will meet us at our room berghuis 7 but the supervisor Ben NEVER came !!!!! Would LOVE to know were my things are and why Ben never came!!!???!,Rooms: 3/5
Where do I even begin. This is truly a special place in such a lovely province, with affordable activities. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on their horse ride, quad bike, boat paddling and game drive. Thank you to the hosts
Its a beautiful place, amazing service and just so much fun! Great place to take kids or family... It does get quite busy but it's nice there! Can't wait to go again! The food is nice, there is a nice little shop where they sell food and toys it's nice! There is also horse riding, Qaud biking and a fancy restaurant. The food is very good at the restaurant! Very nice place would recommend! Nearby activities: As I mentioned there is a golf course, put put/mini golf... Horse riding, Quad biking, hiking trails, riding boats in the dam, swimming. Safety: Police walk around everywhere, although there are baboons that are walking around, if you don't lock your doors they will come in, but it is safe... The windows are boarded up and there are caution signs up. Food & drinks: The food is nice, the drinks are also okay. I had a pizza which was amazing it was cheesy and saucy, the drink I had was a chocolate milkshake, it was so good and chocolatly, It was amazing... The last time I went I didn't get food or drinks at the place I made my own food at my house...
We had a very short stay at the log cabins next to the dam. It was a great experience. The resort is well maintained. Plenty of things to do apart from swimming in the heated pools, including fishing, hiking and horse riding.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful, place is kept spotless and clean all the time. Security is very good and visible the whole time and patrol 24/7 non stop. Caravan park is well kept, clean and quite spacious with some having shade netting. Definitely worth it. All camping areas have Wi-Fi which is a nice touch. Food at the restaurant is top notch, well sized portions and tasty. All in all a must visit!
Klein Kariba is a lovely family getaway. The resort is well-maintained and provides a scenic experience alongside nature. There is certain room for improvement from some of the staff members at the resort, especially at reception and upon booking, however, I am delighted with the exceptional service received from Jabulani on 29 May 2023 via a telephonic booking. I am a happy customer based off of this quality service.
