The WORST experience of my life! and I work in travel and have stayed in a lot of different hotels/apartments across the world and this experience completely ruined my entire birthday trip. Check-in process was atrocious, we were sent from from 1 gate to another 3 times!!! Till our Uber guy had to abandon us as security guards had no clue of what they were doing, The apartment we were booked in was at the very end of the apartment block Kylemore C to which we had to walk carrying our own bags as there is no shuttle service provided within the complex. The manager was not even apologetic, at some point the guy laughed at me straight up on the phone. Throughout our 3 night stay, coming in and out of the gate was a nightmare! We were made to feel like school kids on a field trip. The apartment was not serviced/cleaned not 1 single day we were there. The company managing that place is the worst from cleaning staff all the way up to management and security, just total TRASH!!!!!
We stayed in Pembroke 108 and WOW! The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more! Everything was absolutely perfect and Ishaik and Louise were so friendly and professional. The waterfront was 5min walk away with all the shops and restaurants you could possibly want. I would definitely book the same apartment again next time I vacation in Cape Town. Thank you for an incredible experience!
After over 25 years of coming to Cape Town this was our worst experience so far! We booked through Booking.com. We were asked to let the staff know when we would be checking in. I gave Reza 3 updates as there was a accident on the N2 and we were a bit delayed. After arriving there was no one to check us in. I called and was told to wait for another 5-10 minutes. The complex seems to be very safe as it takes some time to check in. There were a lot of check ins and we had to wait for quite some time. While waiting Reza mentioned that we would be going to Altmore 305. I said that we had booked Gulmarn 002 and he said we had been put into another apartment as a geyser had burst and the carpets were wet. I asked Reza if the apartment was as good as the one we'd booked. He said it was definitely better than one with a wet carpet to which I replied that I had not paid for a wet carpet. Reza took us to the apartment. On the way there he mentioned that the apartment we were getting had better views but was in the oldest building of the complex. The apartment smelt weird, was run down and the view was terrible. The furnishing was very kitsch. In addition to that there was quite a bit of traffic noise. Because Reza was very stressed the check in was rushed and just as he was on his way out he told us that he'd forgotten the dongle for the internet and would bring us one later or the next day. That's when decided to head for the hills. Reza was not very apologetic and was happy to see us go. We thought we would be staying in an upmarket complex, but the apartments seem to be purely for investment and are not well looked after.
While I was on holiday to Africa from Scotland. We had just come in to Cape Town via Victoria Falls and this marvellous establishment provided us with easy access to the wonders of the waterfront and Robben Island. The five stars I have given it is well deserved

Hotel booked from overseas. Multiple calls for confirmation not answered !! Called from South Africa - also - no answer !! Does not looks like promising service !!!
