Great service this morning. Booked my car in at 7h20 for oil change and had it returned to me at 8h10. Thanks Audi Pietermaritzburg.
Tried to book my vehicle in for a service using the online platform and even received a confirmation email. However nobody to date from Audi has bothered to make contact.
What a disappointing dealership. One cannot get through unless you call 5 times and when you are finally re-directed then the phone just rings unanswered. They take your number and promise to call you back which they dont. I have had 2 services at this branch but I will definitely not be buying my next Audi here as there seems little or no back up service if you need it. Not what I would expect from Audi!

The sales staff at the audi preowned department need training on customer service. Poor service, lack of professionalism, client has to chase after sales staff for service & promised feedback.

Pathetic Service Service department had my vehicle for almost a week A full diagnostic was not done on the vehicle on the very first day , and now they are finding issues 1 by 1 . A courtesy car cannot even be offered to compensate for the inconvenience.
the service we received was really bellow standard we bought a car and we discovered it had a fault when we took it in we were never communicated well we had to call them and be sent from one person to another in order to get answers. we even resorted to going there personally and the car ended up spending 4 days in the shop while it was meant to be a days job
