These guys are the absolute best. After going through hell with my insurance, they really came through for me. I had to have my car before a certain date and these guys got it to me in time and in tip top condition. Dwayne and Cindy were very professional and constantly kept me updated on the progress they were making. They made what was a very horrible experience more bearable. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Quintin from Auto Magic is absolutely the best! From start to finish he kept me informed. The receptionist and other workers also treated me professionally and friendly. They really walked the extra mile for me. There is enough parking, the premises are clean and I would definitely recommend anybody to make use of the services they render. Thank you all!

The worst service ever. Every time your vehicle is due for collection, they call with another excuse. This has happened 4 times already when my vehicle was due for collection. The last time, I sat and waited 2 hours for my vehicle and when they finally presented my vehicle, the paint job was sloppy, there were scratches on the vehicle, the sensors are fitted very badly - all in all - an extremely poor job! Avoid this business at all cost! Working requested with the insurance to move my vehicle to another repairer, I just cannot deal with such incompetence any further.Services: Painting

the worst nightmare of a panel beater experience ever, my car has been with them for over two months, saw 2 mangers/supervisors resign/being fired and is on the third and all them time its excuses after excuses why my car is not finished. its like they have no clue what customer service is supposed to be. you can complain all you want and even go there personally, be promised to be attended to, but nope, nothing of that sort will happen.Services: Painting

Took car in and requested a quote. Got nothing. Called and asked. Nothing. Asked again then got quote to be messaged later that quote is wrong and I must send in pictures to requote. No quote yet....useless

I didn't like their service they just give you quote and they don't take pictures on how the car is damaged

Automagic Zambesi they are magical indeed. They repaired my vehicle within 8 working days! Workmanship is super, very friendly staff. I would recommend it anyday!
