Wonderboom Panelbeaters was established in 1971, we’ve been rolling out the red carpet since then and making people our #1 priority. We’re dedicated to going the extra mile for our customers by eliminating the stress factor from the collision repair experience, and minimizing your inconvenience is our commitment to every customer. We are proud to be black economic empowered level 3. Our newly renovated workshop is 3000sqm.We are proud to be Hyundai, Toyota, Ford, Mazda, GM and Kia approved.

We use the latest equipment required by CRA to achieve Major Structural Repair status. Our company uses RM paint, which carries a lifetime warranty on all spray painting done. We offer a three year warranty on mechanical work done.

I brought in a white Honda Civic with damage to both bumpers. When they finished working on it, I felt as if it was a brand new car. The experience was very good from getting quotes, communication throughout the time they worked on the car and even the after repairs customer experience has been exceptional. If you are looking for a Panelbeater that does a perfect job this is the place you must bring your car too. I don't regret one bit having my car being worked on here.Service: Auto body & trim replacement
After being in an accident early this year, my father in law suggested Wonderboom Panelbeaters due to him being satisfied with previous work done to some of his vehicles. From the start things didn't go as promised. Parts were ordered and when I took my car in on the day, a reservation was not made. I left my car there for weeks while going on holiday and told then to take their time but to do a great job. After collecting my car I had to take it back several times due to things not being right. I was then told I am finicky... My car was just over 1 year old and did not even have 15 000km on the clock. I complained to the manager, I complained to the owners son and was then assisted. I was still not 100% satisfied with the work done, but took my car. Now, a few months later, I see my petrol tank overflowed and there is a stain on the paint. Took the vehicle to another panelbeater and was informed the quality of paint was not good. Took the vehicle back to Wonderboom and the new manager said the car has to be sprayed again, but I should bring it back next year. After my insurance paid a lot of money for repairs, my vehicle is still not the way it was before the small accident. I do not have a hire car available anymore, after I used all the available days while waiting for my car the first time. I regret using Wonderboom after I could choose from a whole list of panelbeaters and I would unfortunately never recommend them.
Why do you ask your customers who are insured R400 to provide them with a quote? You are probably making too much money and don’t need any new business?? I hope your shoddy policies are not a reflection of your workmanship. I will absolutely avoid an organization like yours!

On the phone the lady was impatient but we received fantastic service from the assessor
Awesome service and there workmanship can't be faulted, if you have a problem then they will do there utmost best to setisfy your needs. Thanks for great service and I will return to them always as I have been happy with them for the last 15 years since my first Lexus accident.

Came for a quote, one of the staff I spoke to previously for another quote told me to leave as I obviously will not be coming to them for repairs because I found someone else that did it for cheaper. What an excellent way of treating customers. Did not know when comparing quotes you have to come back to a place if you found another business that offered a better price.
Customer service is good, they did a good job on my vehicle. I guess the issues they encountered were beyond their control. Overall experience was good and I'm satisfied with their services.
