Regret buying a car from Autopedigree Germiston, Bought a car 6 months back was told to come pick up a spare key in a month, it's been 5 months after l got my car still waiting, today 9th of December l went there was given a key but it was not working so l was given R50 to buy a battery on my way home what if it's not the battery. Such a poor service
I have received shocking service from the Edenvale branch. I dealt with a branch manager Patrick who has been replaced by a manager named Zukile. Both seem to pass the buck to one another. I was told that the installment for the month of the car i was trading in would not be deducted. this was not the case. It has been two months with no resolution. My car was also supposed to have Bluetooth which is one again not the case. i have advised the branch that 3 of my tyres have punctures which once again have fallen on deaf ears. I have advised them on numerous occupations that i would be logging complaints and no one seems to care. I tried to return my car within 2 weeks of purchase to which they told me i could not do as there is no mechanical fault. I will never buy a car from them again nor will i recommend or refer them to anyone !
I BOUGHT A CAR AT AUTO PEDIGREE @ GERMISTON MONTH END OF JULY TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SPARE KEYS AND MY DISC IS EXPIRED IN NOVEMBER 30. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEIR OFFICES SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW I CALLED LUNGILE SAID SHE WILL GET BACK TO ME ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS NOW..AM FED UP BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
Auto Pedigree needs to work on their customer service or close some branches like the Boksburg branch that I purchased a car from on the 25/02/2019 and the Grand I10 had an explosive Burst on the left side of the wheel, the left light bulb together with some parts of the car exploded while the car was in no motion on the 01/03/2019. This week marks the third Month since the car that I am paying for is still parked outside the parking lot after three days of purchase and the manager being Mariette from the Boksburg branch assumed the cause of the explosion is wheel so I did not recieve any replacement car or courtesy since this matter has occurred and all they did was to take the wheel to Dunlop and delay the process by seeking quoatations from Penelbeater’s which I could not go to them and now all I’m told is to communicate with Dunlop whom are telling me they cannot tell me the time frame of the wheel investigation? Yet MFC is not waiting for them to sort this out they are debiting and I’m still not driving the car? I seriously need assistance . You need to check all branches based on customer service. The sales are dreams of damage to our financial lives.

Pathetic After Service! Is waiting 2 months for our registration to be done!! While I am the one who needs to do the follow-ups all the time! Hopeless case!
