We arrived there few minutes before closing time but never got any assistance. Instead we were told to go somewhere else because they wouldn't assist us

Parking was easy to find. Store has a good variety of cat accessories to buy at a reasonable price. Counter staff are cool, calm and collected under pressure, as the service both telephonic and walk in customers at the same time. Extremely knowledgeable, approachable and patient. I was just disappointed that some items, like headlight bulbs were not available there and it wasn't a " one stop shop".

Great service. Going out of their way to get what ever you need if they don't have it in stock.

They'll leave you standing in the queue for minutes on end while all the tellers assist phone customers without even apologizing
