My mom's funeral was on 2/12/2022 at Springs and the hearse arrived at the church just to leave again then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the hearse to arrive. After the service when mom was carried out of the church the hearse was not present. We had to stand in the reception area for about 10 minutes while we had to request Makayla from Avbob Springs to phone the lady who was driving the hearse. Needless to say, you will agree that we are already suffering a loss and don't need bad service like this. Everybody was crying in the passage while we were waiting for the hearse wanting to know where the hearse was. When the lady arrived with the hearse eventually, she almost caused an accident and pastor had to direct her in reversing the hearse. This is bad very bad. At the graveyard one of the poles dropped into the grave. Common people you need to have this done professionally. I must say the only good service we received from Avbob Springs was from Makyala who assisted us with preparing mom for the funeral on Thursday. That woman has compassion and sympathy with our loss.
If there was a 0 that would not be a low enough rating for this branch, after losing someone dear to your heart, you receive such poor service. I am disappointed and very traumatized after this experience with Avbob Springs, what is the standard that this household name is keeping. I expected better.
Sad sad and that's how I feel after we had to burrie mom on Friday, the hearse left to return back to the branch he Springs branch, while we experiencing moms sevice...she return to church and nearly crashed avbobs vehicle this is the most painful incident that I to deal with. I need to know who is managing this as a burial is so sad as is and to top this off i had to deal with this. NO!!! man avbob need to get their act together. I in pain this is so not on man
I lost both my grandmothers in one month. Avbob Milpark did a fantastic job in helping us send off my grandmother. But what I experienced with Avbob Springs, I would never be able to say that this is the same company. I am extremely disappointed in the service of Avbob Springs - if I had to list all the reasons you'd think I am joking.

Unprofessional service.I will not recommend this branch for a funeral service
