As if losing a loved one is not difficult enough.... Sincere Funeral services did not find out if my brother had a sibling. I wasn't given the opportunity to be part of the arranging, yet I was made to pay half the bill even though I did not give the mandate. I was told that I would be receiving my mothers ashes on Wednesday, and it is now Saturday and I have heard nothing. This is very sad.
The previous review from my sister Joeleen Heldson is full of untruths and it is very sad that she would tarnish the name of a fantastic funeral services provider. My sister has done a negative review out of spite and in my opinion Nols from Sincere went out of his way to accommodate her every whim. I would recommend him to any grieving family. Sorry Sincere funerals for my sisters behaviour towards you. I would like to point out that the ashes were given to me on the Wednesday as promised.
Sincere Funerals Services always delivers the best service to grieving families they go out of their way to assist you with every thing you need. They are the best funeral home in the East Rand I would recommend them to anybody who has lost a loved one.

Best funeral service, I could’ve wished for during these tough times.
My mom passed away not too long ago, about a month and a half ago...they were fantastic in arranging EVERYTHING for me, my fiancee and step dad. As it was...is... such a big blow and they covered anything and everything, great cremation service, great snacks afterwards, beautiful flowers my mom would have loved, although i could not bring myself to go to the viewing i heard and know she lookd beautiful and peaceful ,and they did the most prettiest "funeral leaflet", they printed the picture for the cascit at no charge, made sure everything was were it needed to be to take as much stress off of us as possible, handled everything with the funeral cover people so we didnt have to. All of this and so much more at a price that would beat any other competitor, they truly understood my grief and did everything the shock i was in wouldnt allow me to do. They made it easier. And at the time of my moms death i had a cast on my left foot that would come off in that week and they gave me the time till it was removed to set a date for the funeral. I would recomend them any day to anyone who needs a funeral service that gets things done but still understands and feels your pain.
