We had coffee after our flight and when we came to fetch the car that we booked and paid for, they gave it away because we were not here at 8? Now we have to wait for another 1. I asked the lady why they didnt contact us and she respnded that there is no contact details.

Booked one class and got downgraded class not suitable for bad gravel road driving required for work so had to make alternative arrangements at destination. Vehicle fueled at enf of trip by me and I informed them but still they forced in another 3l and added admin fee. Will try my best never to book with Avis again

Marichelle and the other staff were super helpful. We had a wonderful experience and easy drop off. NOTE: If you plan to drive in to Lesotho, there is a nominal and reasonable surcharge. It did catch us by surprise but once we drove through Lesotho, we understood the reason for the additional cost.

Received outstanding service from Gina at Avis Bloemfontein airport. We were stuck in Bloemfontein as our car broke down on the way to the eastern cape. Gina went out of her way to assist us and was very friendly and extremely efficient.  She is an asset to your company and we are very grateful for her assistance.

Good range of class from ordinary to luxury cars

Pricey because it's at the airport. Went to downtown and got the car we wanted for a better price

I was mistreated by AVIS and I will never ever book a car at this place. And my company will not be making any bookings anytime soon. I went to collect a car, and went there with my own car. So I left my car on their parking space. The lady there failed to tell me that I should not leave my car on their parking space  before I drove off with the minibus I booked. Later they phoned me to come and remove my car, but I told them that I was already on my way to Johannesburg. And they called security to clamp my car. I had to pay clamp fee plus parking fees. Security told me that it is funny that they asked for my var to be clamped as they have helped customers before not to pay if their cars were clamoed and argued that is their clients. My anger is there were so many parking spaces available, and mine did not bkock space for their cars to park, so why the harsh treatment. I brought business to them and do not deserve such treatment.
