their service is horrible! Matshepo and Felicity are both unprofessional and very unhelpful! I realize anytime I rent cars from this branch I don't get my deposit money back, they claim they always reserve it in my account and release after a while which I don't see, so because of that I stopped swiping and always pay cash deposits as that's the only way they can pay the money back in my account, car that was returned since February I am yet to get my deposit, every time I call them they toss me around, waste my time without resolving the issue, looking at the reviews on their page its obvious they don't refund customers deposits as well, as other people are complaining of same thing, they are obviously a scam, and I will be reporting them to my insurance company never to use them again!
The branch manager Felicity, is dishonest and undermines people, I am extremely disappointed with the service here ! Clearly customers are not value. Do not even bother calling the customer care line as they refer you back to the branch.
Give u guys 5 Stars. So impressed and satisfied with ur customer service, the actual vehicle and everything Ur cars condition, perfect.... Collection n return of vehicle processing smooth n easy Will definitely be back again

Service was wonderful and very quick. What stood out for me is that they actually opened a few minutes before 8am because there were customers waiting outside already. High class service!
Sent by my insurance to fix a tyre The treatment was great as well as the service.
We've been clients of Avis for quiet sometime and we made a decisions to never use the Avis in Soweto even though it's literally 10mins away. On the 2 occasions we've had to deal with Avis Soweto, we've had the worst experience. The lady who's the manager on first occasion was very rude on 1st encounter. Then yesterday we had our 2nd encounter with Avis Soweto, and again not the best customer service from i think the gentleman's name on his tag said Freddy. Sadly the service in the North and in Soweto is worlds apart.
