I had an appointment booked but at that time I had an appointment on, there was no one and i had to wait for more than 30 minutes

Sadly, my last experience with Avis was rather disappointing. I was given a terrible vehicle that was sluggish, dirty and definitely not the vehicle class and amount I paid for. The vehicle had a fair amount of damage and lacked basic features. It also had a terribly stale smell inside.

Always exceptional service delivery from the staff. They are always friendly and pleasant and willingness to assist me... highly recommend this branch...

I went to collect the car on Friday 20th March 2020 around 1pm. The  petrol gauge was not on full and I asked the consultant and he told me that it was not working properly. I then went to the garage filled it up  and it was working fine. They were dishonest and not trust worthy.

Unfriendly staff and they lied to me. Didn't check the car undercarriage then said i caused the accident take the money from my credit card without quotation communication, horrible horrible they sre tooo big to treat their staff fairly they have nice cars but not worth iy

Very pleasant staff.. no hassles in thr pick up

Slow service , disorganized,  wrong car allocated

They want to charge R400 for a valet as there was a bit of dog hair in the car. A car wash and vacume for R60 would have resolved the problem.
