Great and friendly service. But not such a good location. AVIS should stop using Renault Kwid, the car is not safe and below standard of small cars.

Bad service didn't want to do a drop off the rental at my home. I had to organise a lift to the branch and swiping equipment didn't work to authenticate my bank card. Had to eventually go and draw cash what if i never had more than R1500 available in my account what then!!!!???

Wow.. Best place to get yr weep fixed

They have top class vehicles for all occasions to rant at affordable places Just next to it there's a petrol garage and a shop with payable public toilet inside the store.

I normally stop there on my way home after work, I haven't hired anything from them. However, it seems like they've got good service.

This office of Avis specializes in the rental of smaller cars and vans. The staff is very efficient and correct although I would not call them friendly. It is advisable to book your vehicle well in advance if you are looking for a specific make or model.

Someone who speaks very well with clients

I was made to draft accident report for the damage that actually existed during the pre inspection of the car. After returning it on the same place i was told there is a damage. Apparently the cross made earlier they claim is not the damage spot. I really felt very awafull and disturbed. It was my first experience of hiring a car and i believe it was the last. Thank you but no thanks.
