Power Truck Hire & Transport

The most unprofessional company ever. I was quoted a price over the phone of R2900 some change for daily truck hire with a R5300 some change deposit with a driver, and Ntebo confirmed this price, I triple checked with her and she confirmed the pricing. I call back a week later to make a booking, Ntebo ACTS as if she hasn't given me the price that was quoted, and acts like the call didn't happen. She claims that the phone call isnt"official", while also not offering me an official quote via email. I ask her for an official quote as my transportation requirement was urgent, she never got back to me as she promised. It is extremely unprofessional to change your prices or forget you gave out a certain price, and then act it as if the client is making stuff up! It's also unprofessional to say you're going to give someone a quote and then disappear.

A truck from this company pushed me off the highway on the N4 to Rustenburg today because he/she overtook three cars and tried to overtake the 18-wheeler in front of me on a solid line and didn't make it. We all saw the oncoming traffic. Registration number FC95JJ GP.

If you want to be stuffed around by a rental company every time you need a vehicle this company is for you.
