Been struggling since last year to get a bomber jacket for my son. Stock issues. When I finally got one this past week, the price increased with R200 without notification, but on the website for online shopping it is still at the old price of R699. Going to report this matter.
Went today to get uniforms, not impressed. The sizes are problem, when I asked when will they get that specific size I was told they don’t know as they not ordering more of that size??? Which makes zero sense as it’s a common size, when I asked why the reply was “thats what my manager told me”. Some of the staff really didn’t not look they wanted to be there and just an overall not great experience.
Calculating purchases as we were going along, I got a huge suprise at the pay point because the incorrect prices were given by the assistant. Manager who was witness to all of this didn't apologise, didn't make an effort to correct or apologise for poor service. Excuse was that she made a mistake!
Pathetic. Do not keep their website up to date. Don't bother phoning, staff don't give the correct information either. Rated as 1 because that's the lowest. Real rating -10000.
You have to be an early bird as the shop is mostly out of stock but what frustrates me is how expensive the uniforms are when the quality is substandard. I wish the school give us more options as parents because Grace Trinity uniform isn’t cheap so you expect it to at least last a year, it’s only been 4 months.
This shop hardly ever has stock. The quality or rather the stitching of the shirts is so poor. I just wish there was another shop where I could at least get the uniform for Alberview primary.
Out of stock as usual not the first time and not the last. 0%faith in their ability to foresee demand. Sadly i have no choice for availability and price as its the only supplier for our school this might part of their business model as i am a guaranteed customer.
Is has all you want . But is does not have all the stationary you need . Shop is inside walkable but a little bit crowded . Well i dont like crowded spaces . The shop will do well if the layout was properly planned and kept under supervision .
Why stock a schools uniform if you are only going to keep shirts and socks. I was told to go buy the tracksuit at my childs school. Rather dont sell anything
Helpful assistants. Clearly marked section per school. Plenty parking spaces away from the mall.
