A week ago I went to tell pick n pay. What happens . There was no reply or any interest. Pick n pay only care about us shopping inside. Once you walk out side They couldn't care less that there car gaurds Rob there customers. Where is the loyalty of keep there customers happy and safe. I ask them today why. Those guys still there proves how much they care . Shopping there is no joy. You wonder when will next victim be.
Overall, i've always had a great experience, but yesterday 04/02/2023 your cashier, Leon, was rude towards my mother for asking why the price on the shelf differs to the checkout price. My mom is a pensioner and doesn't always understand how technology works. Instead of explaining to her that the system needs to run the discount, he switched her off. She felt so embarrassed and wanted to leave everything and exit the store. I don't think having a bad day should be taken out on customers. I, for one, will probably not frequent your like i used to. All thanks to a bad experience towards an elderly woman from a rude cashier.
Ordered online, the store deciced to substitute items at their free will. Who gives them the right to decide on my behalf. If I wanted the item, I would have selected it in the first place. As usual, nobody answers in the store despite them having a telephonic customer care option. So much for customer care. Disappointing to say the least. As a word of advice, maybe learn from checkers 60 sixty
Used to shop here a lot. Bakery staff are really nice and helpful. I had a large order of vetkoek for a function and 6 doz of them were still raw. I called customer service and I emailed management. No apology no reply not even a voucher. The total order was R847.
Well stocked, great specials. Found them to have become a bit pricey, purchasing most of my groceries elsewhere . Supervisors always helpful.
I ordered groceries on the pnp website on the 23rd and was told it will be delivered on the 24th, today it is the 27th and still my groceries have not reached my house yet. This is supposedly a 1 day service where you even book a slot for your delivery but clearly it is just a scam to milk customers off their money. Can I please have my money back, keep your groceries, many thanks.
0/10 wouldn't recommend. No baskets at entrance, had to carry my goods in my arms, then had to stand in a super long queue to pay at the "express" till section. Ended up abandoning my stuff as I had to get urgently back to work and couldn't wait any more. With the unemployment rate as it is in the country it make no sense that Pick n Pay can't have enough stuff on duty to ensure clients get served timeously.
Olive Oil was charged on my till slip R177.00. I went back they checked the video and found the teller swiped it with my card. What happened to the bottle of Olive oil they did not say but they gave me my money back. In future I will check all my slips
Pathetic service.. honestly packer went to check for a price wait over 20 mins for her then she comes strolling making long conversations with a someone else and then I need to wait longer to pay ... pathetic honestly
I was very disappointed at the way the staff at the pie counter treated me today First I stood at the pie counter for almost ten minutes before the guy told me I need to take a number After taking the number, I still waited for my turn. When my number eventually appeared on the screen still no servive. After getting really irritated I called one of the ladies behind the counter, where I was ignored at first and only after I became louder they looked at me and said I have to wait my turn. I told them that my number is on the screen for more then 15 min already. The started to talk amongst each other and made a laughing stock out of me. Very very disappointed.
