Went to Game at Jabulani Mall, they let a lady caring 3 month old baby to stand on a long queue instate of been a priority to be the first on the line. Ladies caring small child should be treated like an old lady
Incredibly understaffed. Long wait time in queues. Nobody manning the returns counter. ITS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT FFS
I’m so upset and disappointed with Jabulani mall game..How can they refuse to do an exchange nor a refund on something that has proof of purchase. The excuses that they give for not refunding or exchanging is very lame. The customers service is very poor.
Pathetic service, less cashier's we are tied of qué please improve your service
I work in a customer service and it pains to see stuff who doesn't care of their customers, looking depressed and demotivated all the time. The return counter's service is very terrible, you need to beg and wait for the services like you never paid, no options are given for exchange or refund. My family and friends now prefer GAME Stores from suburb areas for better services where there is TCF.

Game is a nice place to visit you can find a lot of things and there are very fast to save customers
One of my favourite stores since its inception or opening in Jabulani Mall, i remember buying my Washing machine back then on their grand opening still have it to date... With the introduction of groceries it has made life so much easier as i can now shop for all my essential and more at one store they are definitely an option, especial if you don't want to jump from one shop to the next. Ques can be hectic especially form 31st to the 3rd of next month. i prefer going early in the morning or late afternoon if i want to be in and out..
The service is extremely poor, had to wait more than 30mins on the cue and almost an hour at the returns counter because people who authorize were nowhere to be found.
