The Clicks staff are always friendly and helpful, but the lady security today was just not to work...warning and just ignoring me when I asked a question...twice...I had to go and ask someone else.

Room for queue management improvement in light of fact that one has to queue at pharmacy and again at cashiers. Limited variety of health supplements and toiletries in comparison to nearby Dischem Maponya Mall & Southgate Mall. Staff are friendly overall.

The manager at Clicks Diepkloof is very good at his job in helping others.  Sorry I didn't take his name but he's a short light skinned guy. Thumbs up to him.
