A great place to stop for a good Chai Latte, friendly staff, always helpful. Most days I have to take my heart medication, when I do my shopping, they never ever refused me a glass of water, for that I am forever grateful. Wonderful team of people! Keep it up!
What a massive store. The clothing sections were well stocked but too few customer assistants. The food section was rather unimpressive. Poor stock levers and items I normally find at even smaller branches were not on sale here.
This Woollies is the best, thumbs up to Rose, your patience, care and willing to assist was amazing. You took your time and for once in my life time you made our shopping fun. Your positive attitude will eventually take you places.
Went there earlier this week. Ordered scones, jam and cream. Specifically asked for strawberry jam. Served us big, freshly baked, tasteless, crumbling scones. Also blocks of cold rock hard butter unspreadable and some sour jam concoction that didn't taste or look like strawberry jam. Very disappointing.
Its absolute chaos amongst Sales items - Woolies staff in store don't even assist customers on Sales items ... how is this even allowed in this day and age? Surely from a Financial perspective Woolies know what stock you have at any point, whether its a Sales item or not?!?
Only two till operaters in the clothing section. It took 20 minutes for me to pay. The till operaters were in no hurry either. Bad attitude! There are better places to clothes shop than Woolworths!!
Noticed a huge sale and nice clothes, not your average sale items. The staff is so friendly. The store is big and has a variety of items for kids aswel.
Being shopping here for years when in Jhb.. very organized and clean. Not the same feeling like shopping at maybe Canal Walk in CT.. but it's okay..
Love this set up it has all the departments I need for my family and love the quality standard of the overall standard
This is a huge store - clothing household and Woolworths Food. I found that the food section did not have everything the other Stores have - probably sold out. Service is good.
