Appalling/ Bad service!!! These attorneys are a joke to say the least, they lack customer service and communication. They have had our case for years and up to date nothing and no communication has been made with us to keep us abreast with developments, we have to call them all the time. I recently made contact with them to set an appointment to come and see them to establish the delay and only today I was told that a court application needs to be done for the transfering of ownership of property into my mother's name and all this took them 4 years. I met up with the owner and his consultant Louw Mari Nel only to be told that we are not their client however they received funds from us for a service to be rendered which we have still not received!!! Last time I checked a client is a person/ organisation who pays for a service to be rendered to them, clearly this owner is either stupid or illiterate.They are very quick and communicative when you have to make payments and very silent and unprofessional when payment has been made. I would NEVER recommend these attorneys to anyone as we are in the process of getting g our money back as they have done NOTHING on our case since payment was made. What an incompetent bunch, the owner of the company is extremely rude and very racist,they take black people for granted.After the meeting I requested they put the details of the meeting in writing and send me an email which they did not do. This shows the level of unprofesionalism both from the owner and his subordinates, how does one trust a company like this where the owner is also a rotten rat, someone whose expected to act in due diligence and take care of their clients as any bad publicity is bad for the company. The owner made it clear to me that he doesn't care that we are not happy of their service and we can stay unhappy that's our concern and not of his!!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!!!!!!
